Introduction

Keep the residues in the selected range.

Initiation

from pyrosetta.rosetta.protocols.grafting.simple_movers import KeepRegionMover

Instantiation & Configuration of KeepRegionMover

keep_ch2 = KeepRegionMover(res_start=str(my_pose.chain_begin(2)), res_end=str(my_pose.chain_end(2)-1))

Apply the mover to the Pose object

keep_ch2.apply(my_pose)

Note: concatenation

On the contrary, we can concatenate 2 poses into 1 pose:

>pyrosetta.rosetta.core.pose.append_pose_to_pose(pose1=pose_A, pose2=pose_BC, new_chain=True)
